We are born with this powerful instrument inside our bodies, the voice.
Our bodies are vessels for a spirit that comes here to bring its own medicine to the material plane and the voice is one way for this medicine to arrive.
When someone says “I cannot sing”, I always reply “Everyone can sing”.
We are born with this gift from Creation and we are meant to use it.
Every voice has the power to resonate through the whole body. It’s a potential that lies in all bodies.
By trusting and opening ourselves to this journey of exploration of the voice, we embark on a mission of deconstruction and unlearning of how it should sound, bringing to the surface the resistances and fears, sometimes traumas, that are holding this power back.
You have a unique voice, a unique energy that is carried by your voice.
